These Terms apply to your use of the PrestaHacks website and its published content.

1. Educational content

PrestaHacks publishes educational and informational material about PrestaShop, data workflows, SQL, APIs, imports, exports and related tools.

Content is provided for general information and does not constitute a guarantee that a specific query, script, configuration or workflow is suitable for your shop.

2. Test before production

Technical examples can behave differently depending on PrestaShop version, modules, database prefix, language, shop context, multistore configuration, customisations and server environment.

Before using an example on production systems, you are responsible for:

  • understanding what it does,
  • adapting identifiers and configuration,
  • testing in an appropriate environment,
  • creating and verifying backups,
  • having a rollback plan,
  • protecting credentials and personal data.

3. No professional relationship

Reading the site, using an example or contacting us does not by itself create a consultancy, support, development, legal, accounting or other professional-services agreement.

Any paid project or support engagement is subject to separate scope and terms.

4. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep content useful and accurate, but software and documentation change. We do not guarantee that every article is complete, current, error-free or continuously available.

If you find an issue, please contact us so we can review it.

PrestaShop and other product, service and company names belong to their respective owners.

The site may link to third-party documentation, services or websites. We do not control their availability, content, security or terms.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original PrestaHacks editorial content and site materials are owned by or licensed to Goosialize Ltd.

Short quotations and links may be used as permitted by applicable law. Republishing substantial original content, automated copying or commercial redistribution requires permission unless a specific licence says otherwise.

Code snippets may be subject to a licence stated with the relevant content. Third-party code and documentation remain subject to their own licences.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that intentionally disrupts service, attempts unauthorised access, distributes malicious content or violates applicable law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of technical examples is at your own risk. You remain responsible for changes made to your systems, data, integrations and production environment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The latest version is the one published on this page.
